Craze Movies scores record high 4.3M views on Nov 2010

Craze Movies, CrazeTV, News on December 23rd, 2010 No Comments

November 2010 showed a dramatic rating surge for CrazeTV Movies network, scoring a 4.3M views across all channels. This result marks a stunning 1.1M rise from our previous record, 3.2M on September, and the analytics show that our marketing and promotion efforts have been essential in reaching this record.

But even more, this nice result continues to prove that legal online movies – even archive and classics, if done with simple and hassle-free user experience (= don’t hustle the viewer and just show the movie in good quality), can attract many viewers and grow significantly within a  short time.

As 2011 is just around the corner, we are excited than ever to set new records and bring new productions into worldwide exposure. Let the digital realm rule :)

Classic Cinema in The Digital Age

Craze Movies, CrazeTV, Front News on December 21st, 2010 No Comments

Classic films – the golden foundations of the art of cinema. From epic dramas, to magical comedies, thrillers, vintage philosophical sci-fi, great romance, cult horror, mysteries and adventures. Where films were really the only available canvas for a visual storytelling, and actors’ photos were being collected and stamped into notebooks by fans all over the world.

Some might think that classic films would slowly sink into oblivion, facing today’s hectic media blast of TV, internet and interactive media. However, we think quite the opposite. Through the digital lifestyle of media everywhere and social interweaving we can re-discover those classic gems, engage in discussions and creative sharing experiences, and expand our personal emotional indulgence to horizons never existed before. Playstation, Facebook, iPad, Social gaming – are all areas where the unique finesse glamour of classic films can be explored and be engaged with. The classic moments of the big screen just need some classy digital stardust.

Craze Movies Reached 1.6m views in July 2010

Craze Movies, News on August 15th, 2010 No Comments

July 2010 was a great month for the Craze Digital Movies catalog, setting a record number of 1.6m views, with an average of 400k views per week.

With a few good No. 1′s and a worldwide all-time record of first page featured titles, we keep working hard to provide a legal and monetizable avenue for online movies – feature and documentary.

If you had a chance to meet with us during one of the many media shows we have attended, you probably heard us mentioning the mysterious term “commitment to the digital highway”.  Well, here’s a small but tangible example for this commitment. We realise very well that there are still many challenges to face and new business models to perfect in the digital world, but we are decisive in our %100 focus and working hard to harvest it as deeper as we can.

Interested to hear more about the digital highway? Got some video catalogs (TV, Movies) and interested to see what you can do in the online and mobile world? Then just contact us and we’d be delighted to set a time to meet.

We’re delighted to announce our partnership with the super chic NYC urban fashion line Pastry, designed and run by American celebs Vanessa & Angela Simmons (stars of the MTV show “Daddy’s Girls”, and daughters of legendary rapper Rev Run of Run DMC).

Pastry is one of the leading US fashion brands for unique retro/street fashion, featuring a dazzling line-up of Sneakers (Hi-Top, Low-Top, Glam-Pie), Boots, Shoes (Heels, Wedges, Flats, Flip-flop, Eyewear, Kids & Adults Outfit (Denim, Dresses, Jackets, Bottoms & Top) – all preserving the distinctive ‘CHIC – SWEET – UNIQUE’ glam-urban design philosophy.

The partnership will see Pastry becoming the premier fashion partner of CrazeTV, and will join forces with Craze in several cross-marketing and online promotion activities, such as:

  • Pastry’s products will become an integral part of our special “super-bundles”,  which package together digital media (Films, Video, Music) with related physical merchandise.
  • PastryTV will be featured on the CrazeTV network, over the coming weeks.
  • CrazeTV’s channels will feature a host of innovative branding and promotional placements for Pastry’s products.

As our vision describes, we see fashion as the 3rd foundation of the digital lifestyle identity, along with music & films/video. The 3 merge together to shape our art/culture identity, and as such, we are keen to explore the option to provide a greater value for the consumer by bundling items and products from those 3 worlds.
